Where do I upload my engraving template?Updated 9 days ago
You can upload your engraving template (for example a fingerprint, nose print, paw print or another template) in two ways:
Option 1: directly while ordering, on the product page
On products with engraving upload, you'll find a field on the product page to upload your template.
That way the file is matched to your order straight away.
How it works:
Choose your product and personalize it (for example text, font, position).
In the file upload section, select and upload your template.
Add the product to your cart and complete your order.
Option 2: afterwards, on our upload page
If you didn't upload the file directly on the product page, or you'd like to send it later, you can upload it here:
Important: always add your order number on the upload page (and ideally the email address from the order), so we can match your file quickly.
