Because we make every personalized piece with care and attention, it takes a little longer than a standard product.

We produce your piece first and then ship it, so the total time from order to delivery is longer than for non-personalized jewelry. You'll see the delivery time that applies to your order at checkout, before you pay — it already includes the time we need to make your piece, so there's nothing for you to add on.

If your piece includes an engraving template (for example a fingerprint, paw print, nose print or handwriting), we only start making it once your file reaches us. So it's best to upload it right when you order, or afterwards on our upload page, always quoting your order number.
