Yes. Personalized jewelry is excluded from returns, because it's made individually for you. That covers anything produced to your specifications, for example:

• engraved pieces (names, dates, initials, your own text)
• engravings based on an uploaded template (fingerprint, paw print, nose print, handwriting)
• individually composed pieces, for example with chosen birthstones or symbols

The exception: if your piece has a defect, or something went wrong with the personalization, the exclusion doesn't apply. Just contact our customer service in that case and we'll find a solution together.

All non-personalized jewelry can be returned as usual within 30 days of receipt. How that works is explained in the article ‘How can I return an item?’.
